Intelligent slider assembly: automatically complete zipper feeding, cutting, slider installation and positioning, without manual intervention, production speed up to 40~60 pcs/min.
Integrated molding: synchronously realize non-woven fabric cutting, folding, ultrasonic welding and zipper sealing, greatly improving production efficiency.
2. Precision craftsmanship, excellent quality
High-precision zipper positioning: servo control system is adopted to ensure that the zipper is aligned with the bag body without deviation, and the opening and closing is smooth without jamming.
Firm sealing technology: ultrasonic welding or hot pressing sealing, so that the zipper and the bag body combined closely, strong load-bearing, durability far beyond the traditional sewing process.
3. Flexible Adaptation, Convenient Operation
