One-button operation: full automation from feeding, molding, stringing to bag cutting, no need for manual stringing, production efficiency up to 60~100pcs/min, significantly reducing labor costs.
Intelligent error correction system: automatically detect the position and tension of the rope and belt to avoid jamming or rope breakage and ensure continuous and stable operation.
2. Precise process, stable quality
Ultrasonic welding technology: no needle and thread stitching, firm and burr-free rope threading part at the bag opening, strong lifting and pulling load-bearing force, suitable for heavy packaging (e.g. clothing, gifts).
High-precision cutting: servo control system ensures that the size error of each bag is ≤±1mm, and the length of the rope is consistent, which improves the aesthetics of the product.
3. Flexible adaptation, energy saving and environmental protection
Multi-functional compatibility: can produce flat, three-dimensional, folded and other drawstring bag type, support different rope material (cotton rope, PP rope) and bag body printing pattern.
Low energy consumption design:
