ZXL-E700 Non woven Box Bag Making Machine with Online Handle Attaching(5 in 1)
Part 1 Fabric roll Feeding part
Max width of unwinding 1300MM,max diameter of unwinding 1000MM. Auto feeding, Photocell eye tracking, Auto rectifying deviation, Magnet powder tension control,folding sealing by ultrasonic welding, custom made round embossing mould
Part 2 Folding part
Non woven fabric cross folding device, easy adjustment, which make the bog mouth neat and tidy even without moving the whole machine.
Part 3 Bag bottom / side Gusset part
Feeding and computer length fixed by stepping motor, photocell eye tracking, bottom and side gusset making, and the side sealing of T-shirt bag by ultrasonic.
Part 4 Triangle Indentation box bag forming part
The function of box bag three-dimensional, triangle sealing by ultrasonic, PET film unwinding and rewinding and D-cut punching unit. gusset size of box bag from 80 MM to 160 MM,custom made gusset size up to 300 MM.
Part 5 Online handle sealing
Automatic integration ultrasonic handle sealing device, adopts PLC motion control and touch screen man-machine interface, easy operation, auto stop when no material. Handle feeding and length fix by stepping motor, high stability, handle attaching speed up to 75 pcs/min.
Part 6 Bag making part
The function of Bag side sealing , cutting, collection. adjustable photoelectric sensor for printing color mark tracking, triangle removing by punching unit and Durable cold cutter. Adopts two Taiwan brand ultrasonic welding system(horn 300 MM) , different specs of ultrasonic can be used to meet different non woven fabric GSM.
Part 7 Operation Computer
Integrate all the electricity elements, adopts split-type design and PLC motion control as well as touch screen man-machine interface, easy operation and maintaining.
