Automatic continuous rewinding: real-time collection of waste materials generated from slitting, stamping and other processes, keeping the production site tidy and improving the utilization rate of raw materials.
High-speed adaptation: matching the production speed of the host, the winding line speed up to 50-200 m / min (adjustable), to avoid stopping the pile.

Constant Tension Control: Adopting servo motor + tension sensor to ensure even tightness of rewinding and prevent material breakage or uneven winding.
Durable design: heavy-duty bearings + alloy reel, no deformation in long-term operation, suitable for metal edges, non-woven fabrics and other hard waste materials.
3. Intelligent management, safe and convenient
Automatic roll change/alarm: full roll automatic stop prompt, support non-stop splicing (optional), reduce manual monitoring.
Modular expansion: PLC or MES system can be connected to record the weight/length of waste materials, which helps cost accounting and environmental protection traceability.
