This machine is designed to produce paper bags from rolls of natural-colored or printed paper, such as kraft paper and food-grade paper, completing the entire bag-making process in a single operation. It features automatic center-line gluing, printing, and bag-forming tracking. The process includes unwinding the roll, cutting to fixed length, bottom creasing, bottom folding, bottom gluing, bag bottom forming, and final product organization—all completed seamlessly in one cycle.

This machine offers easier operation, higher efficiency, and greater stability, making it an ideal eco-friendly paper bag manufacturing solution for producing various types of paper bags, including snack food bags, bread bags, dried fruit bags, and more. The features of machinne as follows:

We provide a complimentary toolkit for installation and commissioning to all purchasing customers, along with a series of spare parts free of charge.

Additionally, our consultants will furnish a list of recommended accessories for your consideration. Curated based on our extensive industry expertise, this recommended list includes consumable parts for timely replacement and other critical components to ensure you are prepared for any contingency.

Installation Requirement

Prior to machine installation, the Buyer shall prepare the necessary conditions and site in accordance with the following requirements and recommendations. This ensures the machine can be assembled promptly and completely, facilitating the commencement of subsequent operations.

1. Powersupply: 380V/50Hz, 3 Phase.
2. Airsupply: 7.5kWair compressor is suggested
3. Machinerunning space: Refer to diagrame of machine
4. The voltage stabilizermaybe required, depending on site power supply conditions.
5. Paperrolls provided for machine trail running after successful installation.
6. Engineeringsupport may be provided by our company based on client needs. Specific terms and conditions are as below “ Engineer on-site support”.

Engineer on-site support

The Seller may arrange one engineer to the Buyer’s factory to perform production line installation, testing, and training for the Buyer’s personnel. The entire installation and training process is estimated to take 7–10 days, subject to the Buyer’s specific requirements.

The Buyer shall be responsible for the following costs incurred by the engineer: visa fees, round-trip airfare, daily wages (USD 100/day), accommodation, local transportation within the Buyer’s country, meals, medical insurance, safety expenses, and any other relevant costs arising in the Buyer’s country.

Furthermore, the Buyer shall provide sufficient labor force to receive training on machine operation and production, as well as ensure the availability of necessary energy resources and installation tools required for machine operation.

After-sale service

The warranty period for the delivered equipment shall be 12 months from the date of the machine’s arrival at the Buyer’s factory. During this period, if any component is confirmed by the Seller’s technical personnel to be defective, the Seller shall provide a replacement part free of charge.

The aforementioned coverage excludes consumable spare parts, as well as components damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper operation, inadequate maintenance, or unsuitable production environmental conditions. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for any production losses.

Packaging

In accordance with export standards, the equipment undergoes damage-prevention and anti-rust treatment prior to delivery to ensure integrity during transit. The specific packaging method will be determined based on the Importer’s transportation conditions.
