Constant Temperature Circulation System: Intelligent temperature control technology (adjustable from 30°C to 80°C) ensures even curing of screen ink or photopolymer, avoiding localized undrying or cracking.
High-efficiency hot air circulation: large air volume and low-noise fan accelerates air flow and shortens drying time (5~8 times faster than natural drying), suitable for mass production needs.
2. Intelligent control, easy to operate
Digital display timer function: accurately set the drying time (0~999 minutes), automatic shutdown to prevent over-drying leading to screen deformation.
Multi-safety protection: overheating power failure, fault alarm and other functions, to ensure that the equipment for a long time and stable operation.
3. Energy-saving and durable, strong applicability
Low energy consumption design: adopting energy-saving heating element, saving more than 30% of electricity than traditional drying method.
Compatible with a variety of screens: can handle screen printing screens (polyester, nylon), stencils, etc., and support different sizes (maximum adaptable 40“×48” or customized specifications).
