Automatic folding and sealing: no need to fold manually, directly complete the one-time molding of the bottom, sides and handles of the three-dimensional bag, ensuring the bag shape is full and beautiful.

Precise structure: controlled by mold and servo system, the size error is ≤1mm, which is suitable for high requirements packaging (such as gift bags, high-end retail bags).

2. Efficient production and labor saving

Fully automated process: no one intervenes in the whole process from feeding, cutting to welding and stacking, the speed can be up to 50-100pcs/min, the efficiency is more than 5 times of traditional sewing.

Quick mold change: modular design, it only takes 10-15 minutes to change the bag size, flexible to deal with multiple orders.

3. Strong adaptability, durable and environmental protection

Wide material compatibility: supports non-woven fabrics, PE woven fabrics, laminated materials, etc., and can handle thickened or composite fabrics.

Ultrasonic welding: no glue bonding, strong and burr-free sealing, in line with food-grade/medical-grade packaging standards.
