Non-Woven Box Bag Making Machine

Feeding part :

This is the material feeding part of the machine, where the bag-making process starts. It is equipped with functions including automatic material loading, automatic fabric tension adjustment and automatic deviation correction.

Handle attaching part :

This part is used for attaching handles to bags. We can adjust the length of the handles here. Simply enter the parameters on the PLC, then this machine will complete the adjustment automatically.

Main unit :

Bag forming is completed at this part. The fabric is shaped by a one-step forming mould. Mainly driven by servo motors ,producing aesthetic and durable finished bags.

Transmition part :

This part is designed for conveying and folding finished bags to reduce their volume for easy collection.

Collection part :

This part collects and counts finished bags, facilitating packaging and sales for customers.
